Haunting Melodies from the 1990s

I love a good haunting voice as much as the next person. Here are a few of my favorites from the 90s. There are a few songs here that everyone in the world knows (“Creep” by Radiohead, for example), but there might be a few here that are lesser-known as well. But all are absolutely wonderful at evoking a haunting atmosphere, often by the breathy vocals alone.
